A brief hello from me.
I’m Charlotte - mother, business owner, and autumn lover.
I’ll start with the why me bit.
I spent 8 years working in start-ups, from very early stage to slightly less early stage.
In the background I was dealing with my own internal struggles. Which showed up in how I worked - over delivering, over responsible, and unable to switch off.
My own healing experience meant that by my late 20’s I was the most boundaried person in the office. I still worked hard, and love working, but I took my health seriously too.
I’ve since moved into therapeutic work, which always called to me. And I love working with mothers - I think we’re up against it.
If you’re anything like me, you’ve given yourself the challenging job of being a brilliant mother and a brilliant business owner.
So I’d like to think I ‘get it’ but regardless, I work within a de-shaming, non-judgemental approach and learn loads from each of my clients.
Now for the fun bit.
My ‘fun’ is swimming in the ocean or an outdoor lido. But I’d also take a walk on hampstead heath.
I own about 150 Beano’s from the late 90’s early 00’s.
My ‘brag’ is the week’s work experience I did at kiss100 in my early 20’s.
