We see you. Making life special, taking care of your responsibilities, and trying to be the best version of yourself.
Winter is traditionally time to slow down, and many of us will be more tired, and craving nourishment while life keeps on lifing around us. Patience and tolerance can wane as the demands of life don’t change with our circadian needs. This is the time to nurture your being as you restore energy in preparation for the coming seasons of inspiration and creation.
In 21-days of nourishment we aren’t promising quick fixes (spoiler: nothing is broken), or entire psychic changes. We are promising a slowing down, a connection to your wholeness that resides within, and an opportunity for gentle reflection.
Slow, easy, and gentle are counter to what we might typically reach for when we’re wanting more in life. However, truly slowing down creates spaciousness, time, and a capacity to receive, which I believe is all many of us are searching for,
The intention Emily and I set as we compiled these 21 simple, nourishing, and accessible practices, was to offer you a big wintery hug. Where you feel supported, grounded, and embraced in your process of easing your way into this new year.

Meet charlotte & Emily

Charlotte is a somatic therapist for mothers, and intuition coach. She supports mothers who experience restlessness, irritability, and discontentment, to experience a life of ease, joy and authenticity.

Emily is a conscious parenting coach, and somatic therapist. She supports parents who are stuck in yelling, conflict or worry about their child's behaviour to transform their lives and find peace and connection in family life.

No, this is suitable for everyone from beginner to practitioner

This is very well suited to anyone who is already working with us in a 1:1 space, or anyone considering it. It will compliment your existing work with us.

We feel that engaging in a program like this with your partner can provide the opportunity for connection and shared experiences. It can also be supportive to bring a partner ‘into your world’ if this is something you might typically engage in alone. It is really your preference though, and individuals and couples are welcome alike.

Although the practices will build on each other day-to-day they also all work as stand alone practices, so if you miss a day you won’t be left feeling behind.
