We follow your body’s pace, not an agenda. These sessions gently guide you through healing, regulation, and reconnection - without overwhelm or pressure.

This supports your nervous system to come into coherence, and make life feel like something you can respond to with choice, rather than react to powerlessly.

Short videos and tools to help you understand your nervous system, integrate grief, set boundaries, and process your healing journey between sessions.

Simple, doable practices that help you build emotional resilience and joy into your day-to-day - without adding more pressure to your life.

You’ll have low-key WhatsApp access between sessions to share questions, insights, or moments you don’t want to carry alone.

FAQs about somatic therapy for mothers

  • I get it, when you’re overwhelmed it can feel like there is never enough time.

    The minimum commitment per week of this journey is:

    1x hour therapy session

    1x daily 10-min practice

    1x weekly bitesized lesson and practice (15-30mins)

    Change often requires change, and a commitment. If you are still uncertain, then please book a call to discuss it further. You can do so here.

  • No pre-requisites are required, you will be completely supported throughout this journey.

    This is about befriending and reconnecting to your body, not ‘getting it right’.

  • Somatic work bypasses the “overthinking” loop and taps into your body’s innate wisdom. If talk therapy left you stuck in your head, this could be the missing piece.
