Itโ€™s not about fixing yourself - itโ€™s about slowing down enough to meet yourself, to remember your wholeness, and to restore your inner reserves so you can move through motherhood with more steadiness, joy, and self-trust.

Meet Charlotte & Emily

Charlotte is a Somatic Therapist who supports mothers through trauma-informed, body-led healing. She helps clients release emotional blockages, reduce overwhelm, and reconnect with their authentic selves. Through gentle, non-judgemental practices, Charlotte guides women to transform stress and resentment into clarity, resilience, and embodied presence.

Emily is a Conscious Parenting Coach and Somatic Therapist. She works with parents 1:1 and with couples on a journey to inner trust so they can feel more confident and connected to themselves and with their kids. She helps clients move from disconnection to connection and from feeling frazzled in their nervous system into feeling sturdy and balanced

Is this on your mind?

  • We totally understand that as a mother you already feel stretched and pulled in so many directions.

    Our intention is for you to feel nourished and supported, and have designed this journey with that in mind.

    Practices are up to 15-minutes, and do not have to be practices chronologically. So if you need to skip a day, you can jump right back in wherever we are.

    To get the most out of the program we do suggest that you can envision taking 15-mins a day for yourself to do the practices.

    We find that mothers who can be present in the sharing circles (1-hour/week), and partake in the group sharing get the most out of the program - but that is all optional.

  • Emily & Charlotte both work solely online and find it to be a successful way to work when it comes to personal transformation and healing.

    These practices are designed so that you can find a safe and comfortable space to engage in them, and then go on your own personal journey.

    People are often surprised as the depth of experience and connection they can receive when doing work online.

  • This program was designed with the 21-days of practices at the heart. They will take you on the journey, and make up the bulk of the material within this program.

    While we would encourage everyone to join us in the sharing circles to deepen your experience and receive more nourishment for yourself, you wonโ€™t be missing a significant chunk of the experience if you cannot make them.

  • No, this is suitable for everyone from beginner to practitioner.

  • This is very well suited to anyone who is already working with us in a 1:1 space, or anyone considering it. It will compliment your existing work with us.

  • Although the practices will build on each other day-to-day they also all work as stand alone practices, so if you miss a day you wonโ€™t be left feeling behind.

  • We have had mothers join us in this program prior who have been the primary caregiver of a small child. They have found the practices to be resourceful during this time, often doing them in the presence of a napping baby, or sometimes whilst walking.

    This program truly is for mothers of any age children - if you are feeling the call to take part.

  • Absolutely. These practices work with you as an individual and are more of an individual inner journey than referencing parenting.
