You wouldn’t attempt to drive a car with thick snow on the windshield.

Your past hurts, old beliefs, and conditioned thinking act like snow on the windshield of your life. In Practical Intuition workshops, I show you how to clear the snow.

What stands in the way of you and your intuition is fear

What if I make a decision for my child that is different from those around me, and people I love don’t approve?

What if following my intuition at work makes me seem less competent or disrupts relationships with colleagues?

What if I assert a boundary in a relationship that feels right intuitively, but it causes conflict or makes others think I’m selfish or difficult?

What if I disappoint people who are close to me by choosing what feels aligned rather than what they expect?

What if I rely on my intuition for health decisions, like choosing holistic treatments, and it doesn’t work or others think I’m being irresponsible?

What if my intuition is telling me that a relationship (romantic, family, or friendship) isn’t serving me, but leaving feels too scary, disruptive, or selfish?

What if I follow my intuition to express myself openly or vulnerably, but it’s met with criticism or rejection?

What if… your intuition was guiding you to your most authentic, joyful, and expansive life?

“It helped me better understand and organize ideas that perhaps deep down I knew but had mixed up - like when an answer comes from fear, from the mind or from intuition.

By presenting it as a method that follows a series of steps, it makes it easier for me to implement it.”

— Miguela, Workshop Participant

Intuition is not complex or elusive.

Living in accordance to, or with support from your intuition requires two things. Connection + trust.

Your connection waivers because:

  • You did not have intuitive connection modelled to you

  • Your family of origin or immediate community values rational thought as the highest form of decision making power

  • Your feelings were not treated as an important part of your lived experience - as pieces of information

  • Fear has become the loudest form of communication from your body

Your trust waivers because:

  • You do not practice acting on your intuition… for the above reasons

The workshop is just the beginning

In a practical intuition workshop you will discover that in order to

connect to your intuition for on-going guidance, you will need to

make a commitment to self-awareness and self-understanding. The

more you practice living in accordance to your intuition, the more your

life will expand. With this expansion will come new resistance and

challenges. This is exactly what the Practical Intuition community is

there for. To support you in every evolution and expansion of your

life as you connect more and more with your self.

my 2 reasons

I’ve been on my own journey with intuition. It was not something that was naturally available to me, or encouraged through my early years.

I connected to my personal variety of intuition through spiritual practices of praying and meditating. Both of which encouraged me to slow down, be intentional, and listen.

Intuition serves me in two ways…

It gives me peace in my decisions. As I have come to know my intuition, I know it doesn’t lead me to loneliness, regret, or harm. I can stand grounded in an intuitively guided decision knowing it is what felt right at the time.

Intuition also guides me to expansion. My intuition is not always the easy route or without resistance, but it is in service of my highest good.

I created the Practical Intuition Framework because my experience and training converged to give me a model to guide others through. And, perhaps most importantly, I do not believe that the insight we receive through intuition should be guarded.
